I’m Katie — and this is my happy place 

I founded The Kollective Studio as an avenue to create intentional art in my own way while helping other business owners, founders, and CEOs do the same. An addiction to telling visual stories runs in my veins—along with copious amounts of Diet Coke—and I can’t wait to help tells yours.

After years as a full-scale graphic and web designer, I realized creating gorgeous, stand-out social media graphics brought me more fulfillment and joy than anything else. It was also an area of business a lot of people struggled with—constantly creating content for your brand can be exhausting and time-consuming. So we ditched the web design and decided to create one of the first social media branding agencies on this cool little place called the internet.

Social media design is all we do at The Kollective Studio—but the same principles, creative strategy, and skills we brought to our web and full-branding clients are applied to our social projects. Because Instagram isn’t just a place to “show up,” it’s a powerful platform that can drastically change the game for business owners, and it all starts with your visual presence. Inspired by editorial design and driven by an innate desire to create, I’ve been hand-crafting gorgeous brands for visionary businesses for the last 6 years. With degrees in Entrepreneurial Management & Graphic Design, I have a unique understanding of strategic, purposeful branding and how to use it to build memorable, stand-out brands.
